Doctor Salwan is compassionate and takes time with his patients to understand what they are experiencing. He provides education on dealing with illness and always makes sure you leave feeling cared for. The current office staff is amazing and seriously complements the style and care of Dr. Salwan. Grateful to see that he has built a great team to support the level of care he brings to his practice.

I seem Dr. Salwan back in 2015. Several times. He is a Great Doctor. Dr Salwan has great listening skills so he will listen and explain anything you need to understand about your health and medicine and that is what it takes a great listener who cares, medications they have to be very cautious now with any medications prescribed out to patients, The office staff, we should think that some are very stressed and very busy trying to help everyone. Doctors have many more patients now. Mine now has a PA and has never had a PA in his office in 8 years. No one during the time I went to “this office”I’ve never felt a review for Dr. Salwan but I am now. Looking at Dr. Salwan and that he has been a doctor for 22 years plus, he shows care towards his patients and listens and that is what is very important, and he is super smart just in general. I hope he takes great care of all of us. Thanks for your past care Dr Salwan.

Dr. Salwan is the most caring doctor I have ever seen! He takes the time to listen to patients concerns about their health. He does not rush you, as other doctors do. He removes all fears by explaining things thoroughly. When I was going through some very scary testing for Lupus and MS, Dr. Salwan knew how scared I was and he took the time (after hours) to call me personally to check on me. I have seen some of the PAs there and I can honestly say, they are great as well. Not as patient as Dr. Salwan himself but very caring too.

Dr. Salwan is an excellent doctor. His PA, Deborah Freeman, is OUTSTANDING! She has been my senior husband's PCP for some 5 years. She always listens closely, explains thoroughly, defers to his choice of treatment whenever possible, promptly got him into pain management for decades old pain, makes sure his referrals are put through quickly, emphasizes which pharmacy branch his Rx's need to be sent to by the back office, pays close attention to which Rx's are effective, and takes comprehensive notes for future reference w/out seeming to ignore him. I am so "sold" on her quality of care that I am now also her patient. Have had some issue w/back office over Rx's but Deborah has pretty well taken care of the issue. Be polite but firm w/office staff and you will have great care w/no office problems! One thing that helps is to get to know their names and make a point of addressing them by their names. It really helps things out. Oh! And I'd also like to give a shout-out to the referral coordinator, Jesse. He has been amazing in helping me get all of my husband's necessary referrals. I call so often, he's starting to recognize my voice. :)

Remember we are reviewing the Dr. Not the staff. I can honestly say, Yes it takes awhile to see the Dr. Yes it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment. If you want an excellent MD he is the one. He helped save my husband from cancer. Sent him to the correct specialists to save his life. For me he always helps me figure out whats wrong. When I'm done with this review I'm calling for an appointment. It's worth the wait.

Dr. Salwan was referred to me by a friend. I was looking for a good primary care doctor for my Mom who is 94, and I'm pretty picky when it comes her doctors. I assumed responsibility for this almost ten years ago and have fired more then one doctor in that time - another words, I have some experience with this. At our first visit Dr. Salwan really impressed me because of his demeanor and knowledge. He took his time and answered all of our questions. His staff was friendly and professional. I didn't see anything that would verify the previous reviewers comments regarding the staff. Dr. Salwan established trust with my Mom and helped her in the way she wanted to be helped. He doesn't just treat the disease, he treats the person.

Let me start by saying don't believe what you read. Dr. Salwan and his NP are the best in the high desert. They have awesome bed side manners, they explain everything thoroughly, and he explains everything to where I understand and does not make me feel in other words dumb, but he explains it to where I'm able to understand what is wrong with me. The nurse practitioners are awesome. I understand that doctor is busy with Hospital's, however the nurse practitioners are just as capable as doctor is. The staff is amazing they are so kind and caring I definitely would recommend dr. salwan office and his staff. If you need a doctor to go to, I 100% recommend this office.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Salwan for about Eight years now. We found Dr. Salwan through a neighbor who had a stroke and Dr. Salwan was the doctor on duty at the hospital. She told us he saved her life. We have found him to be one of the most caring, compassionate and kind doctors we have ever had. He always takes the time to talk to you. He is also an excellent diagnostician. We have found his treatment style as one that treats the whole person, not just the ailment. He truly is a great doctor.

The staff was so nice and friendly. The doctor was wonderful and listened to my every concern. I would recommend them 100%.
